Application Process
Registration for new families wishing to join the 2023-2024 academic year is now open!
Early Years Program
Registration in this program is open year round subject to available space. Families wishing to register are not required to complete an application for acceptance into our Early Years Program. If there are any special considerations or accommodations required for your child please discuss them with the Head of School during your tour.
Grades 1 through 12
To ensure that a student will thrive at Tall Pines School, we consider their character and academic potential. Candidates are invited to join the prospective environment for a half day so that an assessment can take place. We are looking for students with potential who ultimately have a desire to learn and engage within our school.
Existing families receive priority registration and need not apply for acceptance into their Grade 1 year as we will already have a strong understanding of their child.

Contact us to book a personal school tour with our Head of School. During your tour you will have an opportunity to see the learning environments and ask any questions you have about Tall Pines and the education that we provide. At the conclusion of your tour you will receive an information package that will contain the next steps to move forward.
Assessment

Email to schedule your child’s in class assessment and provide a copy of their current and two previous years report cards. Please also provide psycho-educational reports and or IEP if applicable.
REGISTER

Families registering for our Early Years Program may do so after they have toured the school.
Students who have successfully met our admission criteria for entrance into elementary/secondary school will be contacted to finalize their registration.
