Chicago Day One - Cruising along I-95

We've been in the United States for about four hours now, and have only hit one traffic light (to get off of I-94 for our lunch stop). So much is the genius of the Interstate system developed by President Dwight Eisenhower.  You could conceivably, given unlimited fuel, drive from NY to LA without hitting a single traffic light along the Interstate highway system.

The students go through periods of louds and quiets, and many have developed serious cases of "are we there yet" and "how much longer" syndromes, indicating the (totally fair) feeling of being done with this bus. We have been on it for awhile.

Alas, still about 90 minutes left in our day-long journey!
