Quebec Day Three: Canyon Ste. Anne

It would be a challenge to describe how incredible Canyon Ste. Anne is. It is a bit out of the way (approx 45 km from the city) but it is definitely worth the trek, which in itself is a beautiful drive. If you're ever in Quebec, take some time to visit this amazing canyon and waterfall. Or don't. I ain't your vacation boss.

Can you believe this place is Quebec's best kept secret?

Afterwards, we stoped briefly at Montmorency Falls (another hint - hit Montmorency first, because Ste. Anne's is far more wonderful... Fine, I guess I am your travel boss) for a quick peak and a chance for the students to snap some pics.

Now we are back at the hotel to freshen up (some of us need to, especially after the stairs of the canyon, specifically, me) and grab our dancing shoes for the boat cruise later tonight.

But first, we'll have dinner in lower town... Its looking like French Canadian cuisine; beef stew, rice, veggies and that sort of stuff.  And then we'll dance the night away!
